T2 intercooler. Here it is. I used a stock T2 intercooler and stripped the paint off for more heat exchange with the air. Please no black body discussions.

Doesn't quite fit. As you can see the intercooler is butted all the way up against the radiator support column, the other outlet is up against the bumper mounting plate. So we need to move the intercooler over more.

Had to be removed. The support piece here had to be removed to get the intercooler to fit. I'm going to put it back ineventually but will have to make a new mount for the bottom.

A little cutting. After cutting and bending a bit the intercooler now fits in...

It now fits ... with this side barely clearing the bumper mount.

The holes had to be drilled at an angle. We drilled a hole in both the upper and lower lips of the bumper for the mounts.

The driver side mount was a little harder to make. The driver side mount was a little harder to make since I wanted the intercooler to be perpendicular to the flow of air in the fascia.

The finished brackets. The finished brackets.

Intercooler installed. In order to run the pipes around the radiator I trimmed out some of the sheet metal on the driver side where the outlet comes through.

A view form the backside.

Radiator installed.' Here it is with the radiator back in. The overflow bottle had to be removed from the stock position.
